Schokoladeneis
Bei unserer Deichrunde, heute 19 km in 1:46, kommen wir auf das Thema Gewichtsreduzierung zu sprechen. Wenn Ackerschachtelhalm, Energiegel und Anabol-Loges nicht mehr helfen, hilft nur, ein paar Kilo verlieren. Leichter werden und damit schneller werden, das ist das Ziel vor dem Marathon. Weg mit der gefürchteten Läuferplautze, die nach den Marzipanorgien an den Festtagen droht. Ich bin wild entschlossen, die Vorsätze umzusetzen, .... aber das wars auch schon. Bei Schokoladeneis mit Zartbitterschokoladenstücken, das eins zu eins für das gefürchtete Naturneopren sorgt, kann ich nicht nein sagen. Ich hab´mich dem Verlangen hingegeben. Spät abends muss noch der Rest der Packung dran glauben. ..... ich habe es genossen und werde wohl einen Trainingstag mehr einlegen müssen.

Im Sonntags-Posting wurde Doping ja schon thematisisert. Schokoladeneis dürfte in der WADA Liste mit Ackerschachtelhalm auf derselben Stufe stehen (und gleich hilfreich sein). ReplyDeleteIch bleib beim Quark mit Voltarengeschmack, Apfel/Banane von Dr. Fahrid war mir irgendwie zu schleimig. Beim Quark am Bein hat man wenigstens nicht das Gefühl, eine süße Schnecke im Mund zu haben.
